Because Tec Residences hosts a variety of events that you may participate in or arrange, it's the ideal place for students to meet new people. Additionally, it provides you with access to a variety of extracurricular activities, including student groups, athletics, and counseling, all of which are a part of the Student Leadership and Training (LiFE) model, which enhances your integration and well-being.

- Fill out the habits questionnaire to find your roommate.
- Choose the payment option (cash or 5 payment plan).

After passing your admission test and receiving your tuition, you´ll be able to access MiTec Portal, type "Residencias" in the search bar and fill you Online Application in advance.
IMPORTANT: Sending your application doesn´t guarantee you a spot in the Residence of your choice. Availability is limited and will be assigned based on the application´s chronological order of reception.
